Objective: to identify new growth avenues to increase companies’ value

Deliverables:

  • 9 viable innovation routes were identified and prioritized (timing and resources)

  • Report including: a strategic recommendation, a 5-year innovation pipeline, volume and value sales

    forecast, path to market, potential targets

  • Launch of the implementation phase: detailed action plan, assignment of responsibilities within the team

  • Motivation of the team and involvement in the process for them to get ownership

IMPROVE THE CANDIDATE JOURNEY AND THE INTEGRATION PROCESS

Client: Big Service Company

Objective: help a client in the definition of his HR Marketing and Employer Brand policy (strategy and action plan)

Deliverables:

  • Focus group summary report including a set of recommendations

  • Synthesis of the co-construction workshops with the 25 HR Directors

  • Action Plan

Methodology:

  • Animation of 4 focus groups of 3 hours each with employees

  • Co-creation workshops with the 25 HR Directors

  • Training of the HR Managers: "Transform first contacts with candidates thanks to an emotional approach"
